Полагаю, что пп.3) ограничивает прием на работу в перечисленные организации, которые посещают несовершеннолетние (смысл нормы - ограничить контакты судимых лиц с несовершеннолетними). Поэтому не вижу проблем в принятии указанного лица техничкой в больницу, где не обслуживаются несовершеннолетние.

Это право работодателя согласиться с датой увольнения, предложенной работником (менее 1 месяца), либо пойти на принцип и заставить отработать ровно месяц. А именно если заявление работодатель получил 21 июля, то срок предупреждения начинается 22 июля и заканчивается 21 августа (последний день работы). Соответственно приказ можно издать 21 августа и в нем прописать - расторгнуть трудовой договор с работником ф.и.о. 21 августа, НО НЕ С 21 августа (типичная ошибка).

Если работник не отозвал в последний день срока свое заявление, то без проблем можно уволить. Необходимо только убедится, что у работника была возможность отозвать заявление (наличие средств связи для отправки сообщений). Ведь он может находится в реанимации....

Если работник добросовестно исполняет обязанности, предусмотренные трудовым договором с ним, то основания увольнения по инициативе работодателя отсутствуют. Только по соглашению сторон.

Как, когда нас должны уведомить? Какие документы должны нам предоставить? Запрашивать документы только в отношении наших действий к заявителю или проверять аналогично к другим работникам? Какой срок есть у нас для подготовки и предоставления документов?
