International Copmany of Oil & Gas sphere is looking for SENIOR LEGAL ADVISER specialist who will be based in Atyrau on the permanent basis

Main Responsibilities:

•Providing accurate legal interpretation and advice on the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

•Keeping up to date with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

•Establishing a document management system of key Company documents;

•Representing the Company with local authorities, including RED’s, Prosecutor offices, courts, etc.;

•Exercising due care and attention with all aspects of legal work;

•Balancing priorities in workload in order to ensure that all legal work is performed on time (often within tight time schedules);

•Providing advice taking into account the business/commercial implications of the advice, with strong emphasis on practical solutions:, this advice provided both verbally and in writing and in both the English and Russian languages;

Qualifications & Experience:

• University Education law degree from within the Republic of Kazakhstan; (post graduate Master’s law degree from Western University (LLM) - will be an advantage
  
• At least 8 years working as a lawyer
  
• Western law firm experience also will be an advantage
  
• Fluent in English & Russian / Kazakh
