Contracting Specialist (Almaty)

Requirements:

Legal background is a must. Work experience with Contracts preparation 2-5 years is a must.

Contract Specialist work requires knowledge of contracting principles, laws, statutes, accounting regulations and procedures, economic principles and a knowledge of procurement regulations and contract principles to prepare and negotiate contracts. Position also requires background and experience in appropriate business field: legal, commercial law, economic, procurement, sales support.

Behavioral skills required:

∙ Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present information through the spoken and written word; listen well, able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport

∙ Team work, display positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed

∙ Strong organization skills

∙ Detail oriented; able to look outside the box to see how items coordinate or link together

∙ Quality: eye for detail and accuracy

Job responsibilities:

Contracting preparation for Equipment, Parts, Service sale

Negotiation with Customers on contracting wording aimed to secure company rights and needs

Interaction with outsourcing Lawyer company.
