First of all, I would like to receive from you detailed sufficient foundation that the company is not in a position to confirm the extension of the current work contract and this is the approved foundation reported from the company head office or just some personal attitude raised by you towards National Personnel Development Policy and Local Content Development being widely executed with due diligence throughout international companies presented in Kazakhstan. We may go through my Job Description each line by line and make comparative analysis on what had been performed. I have not got JD in English but attach it in Russian. Having executed all the given tasks, traveled within Astana and Atyrau regions, in most cases I contributed my personal time and resources (living and financials for the first three business trips in Astana and provided transportation in Atyrau in the business interests of the company, organizational activities during the KIOGE-2005, video, photo). 2. Secondly, having joined the firm in September 2005, after the extensive academic and professional experience in Oil and Gas industry of Kazakhstan and overseas (CV and references available), wide personal knowledge of business and governmental contacts, skills, local markets, close relationships with all the responsible key circles have not been used and appreciated by the company and its managing personnel, due to the absence of clear strategy and vision and instructions of further branch development in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Caspian Region and what and how to do as should have been stated by the company itself at the beginning. Improper management and absence of professional delegation and coordination of the personnel activities and the overall attitude and behavior towards the personnel are evident through the Total office in Kazakhstan and shows no respect and prospective for future business development in-country. At the same time, it is neither wished and appreciated by the company if personnel initiate and act and trying to demonstrate his proactiveness and close cooperation for the sake of business interests. Moreover the continuous unproved claims and blames pointed by you about negative references on myself as if received from various sources and so-called potential problems I could bring to the company, on which I am looking for your clear and proved information supported by its particular sources it came from. Since I have become a Total employee, I am obliged and committed to contribute myself to the company’s business interests and work on getting the result. It seems that is not being supported and appreciated, even though the company has been on presence in Kazakhstan about 13 years and still has not got any distinguished result to be proud of in terms of development and investment to the country. 3. By proposing to reduce the current salary level by 300 USD a month for the national personnel, it is may be believed the firm is experiencing the potentials for bankruptcy and risk bearings, trying to save as mush as possible for office expenses while it operates some kind of business in Kazakhstan, simultaneously increasing expenditures for transportation and accommodation where foreign personnel benefit from. Budget maintenance of a one foreign expatriate of the office is a usually equivalence of the expenses for the entire National Personnel and overall office overheads. Expenditures contributed to the National Personnel development (salary only) and administrative office overheads usually contain about 7% out of the total annual budget planned for the Total E&P Kazakhstan development. The rest is being spent on expatriate business and personal needs. You have also got to bear in mind that all the capital and operational expenditures and potential investments are being written on the balance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and finally reimbursed by the Country under the North Caspian PSA concluded and when the first commercial oil will be achieved in the next few years. 4. Considering all the above mentioned information and to be added with more detailed and extended supportive data, I am needed and forced to report these facts and evidences to the governmental responsible bodies, particularly to the MEMR, KMG, Labour and Social Protection Ministry, Prosecutor Office and other tax and financial control committees where the specially designated people will be authorized to start-up further investigations and the copy of the statement will be forwarded to the Head Office as well. 5. Alain, as you are nearly leaving the Kazakhstan branch soon in summer 2006, you are better not to damage any relationships with National Personnel, with governmental authority bodies, to create negative image on the company’s presence in-country. I am able and capable to cover BD Executive and KCTS functions and many others responsibilities, to help in resolving different tax and financial matters you faced now, doing all of that within my present work contract. And future issues if raised on my contract with Total E&P Kazakhstan, will be resolved together with Mr. Philippe Rochoux on a mutually opened collective discussions with the whole office. 6. Moreover, at the beginning you promised to increase my salary after the trial period expired, you may not keep your word but at least maintain good friendly atmosphere in the office with the rest of us. All the stated above is not limited to myself only, but also shared among our colleagues and each of us is ready to address these critical issues once again and meet together for opened group discussions and further resolution. А кроме того, по моему налицо раскрытие коммерческой тайны (особенно когда указывается конкретное наименование компании и конкретные суммы.) С точки зрения юриста - неэтично. А кроме того, по моему налицо раскрытие коммерческой тайны (особенно когда указывается конкретное наименование компании и конкретные суммы.) С точки зрения юриста - неэтично. С уважением, Никто и не говорил, что это этично. Налицо обратное. Просто сам текст интересен. п.с. А сор из избы нелья выносить.
