Requirements:

5 years experience in law;

2 years experience in insurance law;

Fluent English;

High quality drafting skills (both in Russian and in English);

Vast legal interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance law

Legal review of insurance rules, wordings before filing with the Regulator. Provide profit centers (departments) with legal advice in order to adopt the products to Kazakhstan legislation and current Regulators’ view and court practice;

• Corporate law

Legal review of commercial contracts (office lease, car lease, render service agreement, etc.) and advising on legal issues arising from them;

Develop standard agreements

To ensure that managers act according to corporate rules

• Compliance Control

Control of compliance with local legislation of RK, including normative acts of FSA;

Control of claims payment procedures;

Control of implementation of the Company’s internal procedures

Integrated management of compliance risks on the permanent and consolidated basis;

• Other areas

Drafting and implementing internal policies covering legal risks;

Provide Departments with legal opinions upon their requests (civil, personal data protection, antimonopoly, etc);

• Train the staff on legal requirements on regular basis;
