Maersk Oil Kazakhstan GmbH is currently looking for a Legal Advisor to work with our Legal and Administration Department in our Almaty head office.

The applicants are expected to have the following:

• Education to a high standard. (International) Master Degree in Law is preferred.

• Not less than 5 years work experience.

• Experience of working with international companies will be an advantage.

• Deep knowledge of Kazakh legislation, especially of the oil & gas industry.

• A good working knowledge of English and fluency in Russian and Kazakh languages.

• Experience of working with Government authorities on data, reporting and compliance issues.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be working with a highly professional and demanding team and will therefore need to show initiative, dedication and enthusiasm. Further development opportunities will be available to the right candidate.
