Subsoil user company is looking for a lawyer

Job Duties:

• providing legal support to Company in wide range areas, including subsoil use operations, employment issues, audits by state authorities, etc.
• drafting internal regulatory documents, letters, claims, advisory memorandums and other documents of similar nature
• advising on legal issues arising in the course of the Company's activities
• dealing with claims related work including legal support during pre-trial settlemment of disputes, representing the Company in the courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts
• representing the Company in interactions with the state authorities, commercial and non-commercial organizations

General Requirements:

• higher legal education
• at least 5-year experience in legal sphere
• proficiency in Russian and English (higher intermediate level). Knowledge of Kazakh will be a plus

Working conditions:

• Almaty based position, working schedule 5*2
• compensation: KZT 280,000 and higher depending on candidate
