Contracts Administrator URGENT

Global assistance and medical services company is recruiting Contracts Administrator for its office in Almaty.

The position will be primarily responsible for monitoring the current contracts and negotiating new and renewal contracts, work with customers and troubleshoot service and billing related issues, overseeing the contract filing/database system, generating monthly invoices, assistance with current and long range planning and reporting of the department.

In this role the individual will participate in proposal preparation/tender submissions, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfilment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Requirements: Candidates must possess a Law, Finance, or Economics Degree (or equivalent experience), have 2 to 3 years demonstrated professional experience in a business, contract administration, or equivalent field. Proven skills in communication, administration, analysis, short and long term planning, and problem solving. Significant experience in negotiation and proposal/tender preparation. Must have solid working knowledge of Kazakh laws and regulations. An organised and detail-oriented individual who is a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Russian). Proficient with MS Office and has strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision. Strong customer interface skills, excellent problem solving skills.
