In-House Legal Attorney

Requirements:

1. English- fluent

2. Thorough knowledge of Civil law, Business law, labor law, insurance law, international private law

Main responsibilities:

1. Current contracts review (both client contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers);

2. Update of templates of professional services agreements, assistance in negotiating contractual terms with counteragents;

3. Corporate issues (registration and re-registration of legal entities, issue of PoAs);

4. Claims;

5. Internal consulting;

6. Legal research etc.
