Booz Allen Hamilton, a worldwide, U.S.-based consulting firm, seeks a Regulatory Expert who possesses the regulatory and/or legal background required to fulfill regulatory support requirements for a U.S. government program in Kazakhstan.

Key Roles Provide general regulatory support working closely with representatives of the U.S. government as well as its contractors. Analyze legislation and regulations in order to identify complications between in-country laws and regulations and the goals of in-country projects. Write memos and reports to advise of developments or problems.

Desired Capabilities and Functional/Industry Knowledge

• 3+ years of experience with legal, policy or regulatory processes of Kazakhstan

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian languages

Education/Certifications or Equivalent Required: JD, LLM, PhD or MA in a related field

Note: Position is based in Astana, with limited domestic and international travels.
