In-House Legal Attorney to Almaty Office

Requirements:

1.English- fluent

2.Thorough knowledge of Civil law, Business law, labor law, insurance law, international private law

Main responsibilities:

1.Current contracts review (both client contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers);

2.Update of templates of professional services agreements, assistance in negotiating contractual terms with counteragents;

3.Corporate issues (registration and re-registration of legal entities, issue of PoAs);

4.Claims;

5.Internal consulting;

6.Legal research etc.

Is it Big 4 company and cld u pls clarify amount of salary, if possible, if not maybe min and max rates?

Obviously, it's a big four company, as there's fax number of Deloitte.

It's unlikely that salary would be that much as in-house lawys do not general any income.

Если под выделенным подразумевается "generate", то не соглашусь. Deloitte как раз таки из сферы консалтинга, где деньги делают консультанты, в т.ч. юристы. Кроме того, это иностранная компания, которые обычно не "страдают" частым заблуждением отечественных фирм. Дескать, "юристишка только бумагу переводит, а мы ямы копаем". Утрированно конечно.

Как я понимаю Делоит - консалтинговоя компания. Зачем им ин-хаусы?
