I'm looking for a job related to Law or Business/Consult developing in Astana.

I have 3 years experience in Law (1 year in Attorney Office and 2 years in private company) and internship in European International Marime company.

I have completed Master Degree in International Business in Europe and Kazak State Law University in Almaty.

Responsibilities:

Analyzing legislation for legal briefs

Registration, re-registration legal entity in Ministry of Justice

Preparing all legal documentation for registration movables

Introduction and realization business projects.

Carying out of negotiations

Realization of marketing researches.

Conducting business correspondence.

Control of legal procedure in company

Organizing and carrying out legal seminars for employees and key personals

Analyzed and updated for internal use legislation of Kazakhstan

Practical experience and proficiency in executing the contracts, including systematization, records and conducting legal documents

Protect the rigths and interests in the court

Salary - min. 1300 $

All other documents (recomendation letters) could be shown in intervew.
