Lawyer with five years practical legal experience and excellent knowledge of English including business and Turkish languages (colloquial) is ready to consider job suggestions from Almaty and Astana companies or organizations. In recent five years I practiced in the following areas of law:

Legal adviser:

representing Organization’ interests in the authorized state bodies on legal matters, making necessary procedural actions on the interests of Organization. –consulting Organization’ workers on legal matters. –participating in drafting projects of contracts, negotiation agreements, protecting information, analyzing financial suggestions and terms of payment of contracts. –providing legal expertise projects orders, instructions, provisions, standards and other documents in point of law, elaborating in the Organization and backing them.

Litigation:

legal analysis of disputes. -preparing documents for dispute settlement. -participating in negotiations to settle disputes. -drafting litigation documents for (applications, statements of claim, complaints, petitions, responses, objections, agreements, etc.). -representing Organization’ interests in the courts of all instances (levels), and during recognition and enforcement procedures.

Real Estate:

providing advices, explanations, clarification and written opinions. -legal analysis of legitimacy of real estate titles (rights). -drafting contracts concerning immovable property (sale and purchase, lease, exchange, transfer free-of-charge, etc.). -state registration of transactions on purchase of the real estate rights. -representing and protecting Organization’ interests in the authorized state bodies on various matters and disputes over real estate.

Labor and Employment:

providing advices, explanations, clarification and written opinions on labor disputes and labor protection and safety. -participating in court proceedings to resolve labor disputes. -representing employers’ interests during checks on compliance with labor legislation and various inspections by labor, including investigation of work accidents. -drafting and execution of collective labor agreement. -drafting full set of employer’s local acts (methodical support) on labor and safety regulation: orders, instructions, etc. -drafting and analyzing individual employment contracts. -assisting employers in settling labor disputes. -assisting in execution of employer liability insurance contracts. -assisting employers in creation of labor protection system.

Corporate:

drafting all necessary legal documents for creation, reorganization, liquidation (termination of activity) of legal entities and their structural divisions. -interaction with the state authorities and other organizations (notaries, agencies, translation bureaus, etc.). -completing registration, re-registration and liquidation procedures in the competent state authorities. -corporate procedures for reorganization of legal entities (merger, takeover, division, divestiture and transformation). -opening and closing bank accounts. -arranging for making and destruction of corporate seals and stamps.

Regulatory approvals, licenses and work permits: work permits:

search of local personnel, drafting documents, representing Organizations’ interests before organizations and state authorities, obtaining and prolonging work permits, registering and changing the lists (attachments) to work permits.

Procurement (public purchases):

rendering legal assistance during drafting and drawing up procurement documentation, competitive bids and full juridical accompaniment all procedural stages of procurement of goods, works and services. – appealing decisions of the state bodies on matters of procurement.

Administrative and Criminal Law/Procedure:

consulting, representing and protecting interests of clients suspected in administrative offences (in the sphere of migration, work permits, labor relations, labor protection and safety, taxation, licensing). -consulting, representing and protecting interests of clients, which have suffered damage as a result of committed crimes (thefts, corruption crimes). -protecting interests of the witnesses, suspects, alleged offenders, defendants in criminal cases related to business activity (in the sphere of licensing, taxation, migration, bankruptcy, environments, etc.).

International law:

providing advices, explanations, clarification and written opinions on international agreements (compacts). –drafting projects of different international agreements, introducing additions and changes into the international agreements. –representing the interests of Organization during negotiations in the authorized state bodies on matters of international agreements.
