To provide a sound legal basis for all the Bank’s activities in Kazakhstan and support functions of the Bank.

To carry out work to ensure the bank operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Legal can also provide guidance and help in respect of operational matters to senior managers on request

Responsibility:

Рreparing and/or considering drafts (agreements, internal rules and regulations, resolutions and other legal documents) to ensure their compliance with local legislation;

Dealing with the governmental authorities;

Assistance in translation (Russian-English);

Providing legal assistance to other departments.

Requirement:

Knowledge of Securities Market, Banking operations, Risk Assessment, Credit and Finance, Currency Control, Current legislation of the RK and regulations of the NBK / FSA;

Excellent knowledge of English language;

Previous banking experience. Minimum 3 years working experience as a lawyer.
