Is there a CD compilation of all the laws in English that one can buy here in Kazakhstan? Your help would be greatly appreciated! Also you may contact QUEST SCIENTIFIC EXCHANGE LTD on +7 (3272) 736-036, fax +7 ( 3272) 736-024; e-mail QSE@mail.kz. I suppose they have quite a number of legislation in English.
