by the way we may start discussing some issues in English at the forum (for example in such sections as Int. Law, Customs, Taxation). Who wants ?

no objections but as for me it's not so easy to imagine such kind of discussions, for example, on international law issues sometimes it's quite difficult to formulate adequate legal opinion even on native russian :biggrin:
